Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of matrixvibes.org (“Matrixvibes,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy or republish our articles in full without written permission;
- scrape the site in bulk, or use automated tools that put unusual load on our servers;
- try to break into, disrupt or probe the site, its server or its feed reader;
- use our contact form to send spam, threats, malware or unlawful content;
- present our content in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the articles, design, wordmark and other original material on Matrixvibes belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the source is fine. Headlines shown from other publishers belong to those publishers, and we display them only with a link to the original.
What our content is, and isn’t
Matrixvibes publishes educational writing about technology, philosophy and culture. It’s general information, not legal, medical, financial, psychological or other professional advice. When an article touches on a legal or health matter, treat it as a starting point and talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
We work to keep articles accurate, but technology changes fast and research gets revised. We don’t promise that every page is complete or current, and we may update or remove content at any time.
Third-party links and services
The site links to outside websites and uses outside services, including feed sources, an ad server and a newsletter provider. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Matrixvibes and its contributors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the greatest extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Questions go through the contact page.
