Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Matrixvibes (matrixvibes.org, “we”) collects when you read the site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We’ve tried to write it in plain language.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. If you sign up for our newsletter, the form collects the details it asks for, usually your name and email address.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and our service providers record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them for three things: understanding how the site is used, showing advertising, and making embedded forms work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some embedded features may not.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data on Google’s servers. You can learn how Google uses this information in Google’s own privacy policy, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on for disabling Analytics.
Advertising through Revive Adserver
Ads on Matrixvibes are delivered through Revive Adserver. The ad server and the advertisers it works with may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same one, and measure whether ads are viewed or clicked. We don’t sell your contact details to advertisers.
Newsletter form
Our newsletter sign-up is an embedded form hosted by a third-party provider (Sphere CRM, served from link.sphere-crm.com). When you submit it, your details go to that provider so we can send you email. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.
Feed headlines and third-party links
Some sections show headlines from other publishers. Those headlines are fetched by our own server, so loading them doesn’t send your data to those publishers. Clicking a headline, or any outside link, takes you to a site with its own privacy practices, which we don’t control.
How we use information
We use information to run and improve the site, reply to messages, send newsletters you asked for, show and measure advertising, and protect the site from abuse. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you’re a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
To make any request, use our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
Matrixvibes isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Questions go through the contact page.
