Advertise on Matrixvibes

Matrixvibes readers come for careful writing about artificial intelligence, simulation theory, consciousness, virtual reality and digital identity. They tend to be technology workers, developers, students, gamers, VR users and philosophy readers in North America, the UK, Australia and Europe. They read long pieces, and they’re skeptical of hype, which is worth knowing before you write your copy.

We’re a young publication, so we won’t quote you invented traffic numbers. Ask, and we’ll share current analytics directly.

Display formats

• Leaderboard, 728×90. Under the navigation and above the footer on most pages; scales down on phones.
• Square, 300×250. In the content flow on the homepage and inside articles, and at the top of sidebars.
• Skyscraper, 160×600. Sticky in the sidebar on desktop screens.

Every slot is clearly labeled as advertising. We don’t place ads inside the navigation, above an article headline, or on our legal pages.

Sponsored articles

We accept a small number of sponsored pieces when the topic genuinely fits our sections. They’re labeled “Sponsored” at the top, written to the same standards as everything else, and they can’t claim things we couldn’t verify.

Editorial independence

Advertisers don’t review, approve or change editorial coverage. Buying a slot doesn’t buy a favorable mention, and a critical piece won’t be pulled because a sponsor dislikes it. We don’t run ads for products that promise to prove the world is a simulation, sell “awakening” programs, or make medical claims about consciousness.
